How To Bid At The Auction

1. Purchase a catalogue.

2. Register at the sales office to obtain a bidding number (You cannot bid without one).

3. Have a good look at all the items you are interested in. Ensuring that they are suitable for your purpose ( Its too late after you've brought them).

4. Mark your prospected purchase in the catalogue with the maximum price you are willing to pay (Remember commission is payable on top of the bid price).

5. When bidding starts on your selected lots, make a bid by raising your catalogue so the Auctioneer can see it.

6. If you are successful the Auctioneer will ask for your bidding number, show the back of your catalogue where the sales office have written your number, or the card issued to you.

7. When you have finished bidding for all the lots you are interested in, go to the sales office, state your bidding number, pay for the goods you have purchased and obtain a receipt.

8. No goods are allowed to be removed from the building before payment and without showing a receipt to the porter.

9. Porters are available to assist you if required.
